Osborn Elementary School District is a public school system serving about 2,800 students in the heart of Phoenix. The Osborn School District includes Solano Elementary School, Longview Elementary School, Encanto Elementary School, Clarendon Elementary School, Osborn Middle School, and Montecito Community School.

The Osborn School District's Governing Board consists of five elected members, who play a critical role in forming and approving district policies. These board members are volunteers from the community who serve four-year terms.
